Silent Jane Salvage LLC, in Broadalbin, N.Y. features the art and photography of Janene Bouck along with original and upcycled vintage and antique items. Janene is native of Upstate N.Y. where she has worked as a graphic artist, kitchen designer, architectural designer and draftsperson. Janene studied drafting, interior design, and the graphic and fine arts at Fulton Montgomery Community College and Sage of Albany.
SJS was founded in 2015 to combine Janene’s passion for environmentalism with the production of her own one-of-a-kind goods and the reuse of vintage items, including digital photographic restoration and preservation. While working from her home in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, Janene is constantly inspired by beautiful and historical Upstate New York. Most of materials she uses originate from the Great Sacandaga Lake area in the Adirondack foothills and the Mohawk Valley.
